Marijuana metabolites in the body are not sufficient for a conviction of drugged driving to stand, among other circumstances according to a ruling by the Michigan Supreme Court recently.

    It’s pretty easy, they don’t need to test metabolites. “Son, you were going 10 in a 30. Can you please step out of the car?”

      That’s not the point. So I’m getting back in the car and driving 10 in a 30. You missed the entire point of the article, and that may have been my fault for not lowering the reading level.
